Q: What are your shipping cost?
A: There is a minimum order of $30.00. Your shipping cost are FREE for USA or Canadian orders. Optional Priority Mail is available for a nominal fee.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order in the mail? What is Priority Shipping?
A: A: Due to the large volume of orders we handle per day, it takes us three business days (Saturday, Sunday, and recognized National Holidays are NOT business days) to process your order. Meaning your order will not even leave our warehouse for at least three business days after we receive your payment.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (US Mail / Post Office). This means you should receive your order 6-9 days after your order is processed (see above). We have no control over the Post Office's shipping schedules. However we do use delivery confirmation on all our packages. 

If you selected the PRIORITY SHIPPING option it will only speed things up on the post office end. Instead of 6-9 days for regular mail, it can be anywhere between 1-3 days for Priority Mail. (after adding in the three business days to process your order, see above)
 
Since we do use delivery confirmation on all our packages, if you haven't received your order 7-10 working days from the date you placed your order (after adding in the three business days to process your order), please contact us BY E-MAIL because something is not right.

International & Canadian orders have no tracking, please allow up to 2-3 weeks after your orders is processed due to Customs delays. For International Orders we only accept money orders in US Dollars.

Q: What is the ordering process?

STEP #1 - Click on any ADD TO CART button to add your item to the shopping cart. (a new window will pop up for the shopping cart)  If you wish to add more items to the shopping cart, click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. (

Step #2 - When your done adding items to the shopping cart click on the SECURE CHECKOUT button.

Step  #3 - On the CHECK OUT page you have 2 options. If you have a PAYPAL account then you can login to your PAYPAL account to pay for your order. If you want to pay directly using your VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD or  AMERICAN EXPRESS  without  joining PAYPAL, then click on the,  If you do not currently have a PayPal account CLICK HERE button.

ADDITIONAL INFO: You can use your online shopping cart to gather the products you want to purchase while shopping online. It automatically keeps track of the number of items you've selected and how much those items cost. You can change the quantities of items in your Shopping Cart by changing the number in Quantity box. If you change item quantities to your shopping cart, click on "Update Cart" to get a new cart subtotal. If you decide you don't want to purchase an item, you can take it out of your shopping cart by clicking on the remove button next to the item and then clicking on "Update Cart" button.
